Q: Are you the BallPark that used to be located in Rancho Santa Margarita?

A: Yes we were located in Plaza Antonio for 20 years before moving to our new location.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 28813 Los Alisos Blvd. (By the 241 toll road Los Alisos exit and the Ayres Hotel)

 

Q: What is theBallPark Card?

A: The BallPark Card is a loyalty/gift card that can be used two different ways.

1. The gift card feature (money can be added and used at your convenience) OR

2. The loyalty point’s feature (you will receive 1 point for every $2.00 spent at Ballpark Pizza Team - the points are then redeemable for money on your gift card - 100 pts= $10.00 or save to 300 pts and receive $40.00 *not redeemable for cash*)

 

Q: Do you deliver?

A: Yes we have a limited area of delivery and after 4pm we have minimum for delivery.

 

Q: I want to have a party there, how do I do this?

A: Check out the Parties page. Then call to reserve a section or e-mail Jim at jim@ballparkpizzateam.com.

 

Q: I am interested in having a fundraiser at BallPark, how do I do this?

A: We love helping out any cause by having fundraisers. Just check out our Fundraisers page.

 

Q: Does BallPark do any catering?

A: Yes, BallPark has catered everything from corporate meetings and parties to rehersal dinners and baby showers. Check out our Catering page. Don't see what you want on the menu, just ask us if we can do what you want. We usually can!

 

Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: Our tentative hours of operation are: Open at 11 am (During football season we open at 10 am on Sundays) and Closing between 8-9 pm Monday-Sunday and 9-10 pm on Friday and Saturday *Realistically we stay open later to accommodate parties and large groups or may close earlier if business is really slow*
